David Posthuma

David Posthuma, President of AssessME.org


David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and World Religion from Calvin College, and a Master’s of Divinity degree from Trinity International University.

David has served as a church plant pastor and church revitalization pastor since 1990. He also served a national Christian technology company as Director of Product Development and Marketing, designing technology solutions for the ministry market.

ABOUT DAVID POSTHUMA

David A. Posthuma is the founder and president of E-Church Essentials and AssessME.org, and the author of the ePersonality and graceGifts assessments. He has refined and expanded the Leadership Style assessment, and has also designed an online Spiritual Formation assessment and Church Personality assessment tools.

David A. Posthuma has been used of God to re-start a dying church in Chicago, plant two churches, and assist other congregations as a church growth consultant. Since 1998, David has designed leading software solutions for the church market. David holds an undergraduate degree in Education from Calvin College, Grand Rapids, MI; a Master’s of Divinity from Trinity International University, Deerfield, Illinois; and certifications in Clinical Pastoral Education from McNeal Hospital in Chicago.
