New Intuitive-Driven Skills Tracking Now Available!

What Makes the New Skills Program Intuitive?
For the past 22 years, AssessME.org has collected hundreds of thousands of different skill categories. The new Intuitive Skills Tracker uses this large database to help users find skills more easily. As you start typing a word, the system quickly shows a list of matching skills. For example, if you type “pastor,” related options like Senior Pastor, Administrative Pastor, Assistant Pastor, etc. will appear before you finish typing. You can then choose the option that fits best.
Details, A Micro-Resume In Paragraph Format
In the past, the Skills Tracker Detail Report were tied directly to each distinct skill listing. We have revised that format to permit you to write a paragraph summary so you may emphasize the true details you feel are most important when considering the totality of your skillset.
Please let us know how you like, or dislike, the new Intuitive Skills Tracker. We have put a lot of work into this new update. The AssessME.org staff hope your church finds this revision greatly helpful.
God Grants Us Our Skills
We believe God gives us everything we need to do His will, including our skills which He takes credit for developing within us (see Exodus 31:1-3)…
“Then the Lord said to Moses, “See, I have chosen Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills.”
Skills, in essence, are like Old Testament spiritual gifts. They are given by the Holy Spirit. They also reflect our God-given personality, rooted in temperament theory. That’s why it’s important for us to discover all the skills God has developed within your church.
Details As A Micro-Resume’
The Skills Tracking program also lets users add detailed comments about their skills, such as degrees, certifications, and years of experience. These comments are like “micro-resumes”. Your leadership can review both the skill titles and the associated comments for each candidate and search the database for needed skills.

Skills Search Engine
AssessME.org offers a powerful search engine feature that permits church staff to create a profile of any combination of temperament, leadership style, giftedness, skills, and spiritual maturity. View the search engine below opened to select from the many available skills…

A Form of Assessment Cross-Validation
Tracking skills is important for helping people serve in the church. It also helps double-check the ePersonality© assessment to make sure the results are correct. When you are very young, God gives you a personality that makes you enjoy some activities and not enjoy others. As you grow and practice, the activities you enjoy can turn into skills. Because of this, a skills report can help confirm that the ePersonality© results match a person’s real skills, making the assessment accurate and trustworthy.
