HOW IT BENEFITS YOUR CHURCH: “Understand how God designed each person for ministry service”.
The ePersonality assessment is our most popular tool for managing volunteers. We created it using the classic four-quadrant model, similar to Meyer-Briggs, DiSC, or Keirsey Temperament. But here’s the big difference: Our assessment is made just for Christians and explains God’s ministry purpose behind their personality profile.

The GraceGifts assessment is the most advanced test for identifying Spiritual Gifts to mobilize volunteers within your church. Our assessment filters profiles through temperament types resulting in what we call “Gift Expressions“. Gift Expressions clearly portrays how each gift is best applied.

We created the Leadership Style Assessment to help your church build better leadership teams. This assessment helps people understand their own special way of influencing others and helps them see how their style fits with the styles of other team members.
HOW IT BENEFITS YOUR CHURCH: “God provides your church with everything you need to accomplish his purposes; this includes the skills He has developed within each person.“
Tracking skills is very important for managing volunteers. After all, if we believe that God gives His Church everything we need to do His will, this must include the skills God takes credit for giving us (see Exodus 31:1-3). These skills are similar to spiritual gifts but form from the personality He gave each one of us.

How to Pause/Cancel Your Subscription
Log into your dashboard navigate the menu: > Settings > Account > Subscription > Manage Billing (button) > Cancel Subscription (button). Your data will be retained so you may start-up again at any time to pick up where you left off. However, your data will not be accessible while your subscription is in “cancel” mode.
ChMS Data Integration Options
We currently offer two API integration options: Church Community Builder by PushPay, and Planning Center Online. Please contact us with your recommendation for our next API integration project. Your feedback is very important to our future planning. AssessME.org also provides data export capabilities in CSV and XML data formats.
Church Community Builder Integration
We offer an optional data integration between Church Community Builder and our Volunteer Mobilization Program (Excludes NextSteps data integration). Activating this option eliminates all manual administration of your people’s mobilization assessment information. How? Well, your people’s mobilization assessment results will auto-populate within their CCB “My Fit” fields. This integration program runs invisibly in the background, requiring no administration. This optional integration is available for a one-time setup fee of $125.00. | Log In to Order |
Planning Center Integration
Planning Center Online is a very popular Church Management Solution (ChMS). This popularity is due to its low cost and modular options. This is why AssessME.org now offers an optional data integration with Planning Center (NOTE DATA EXCHANGE INCLUDES: Mobilization Assessments + NextSteps Discipleship Tracking). New In 2026, Our Invitation System
Our new program includes a Mass-Email Invite System as well as Downloadable QR Code Graphics you may use in PowerPoint presentations, church programs, etc. to help invite your people to register accounts with your ministry. With AssessME.org, all you do is invite people, from that point on your people create and manage their own accounts. Our new Invitation System will track Invites Sent as well as Invites Received. So invitations that are not acted upon may be resent from our Invite Interface. Since 2003, this method has proved to be very effective, empowering larger church to assess thousands of people in just a few weeks. So how does our new improved Invitation System work? OUR NEW INVITATION SYSTEM
Simply paste-in the email addresses of the people you wish to assess into our mass email program…and hopefully this is everybody in your church…and then they will receive a preformatted email invite, labeled with your ministry name (See Below). Each person proceeds to create their own user accounts and from there to complete their personal assessments. It is truly that easy! In fact, a mega-church can have the majority of their congregation assessed within only a few weeks. Our largest clients have assessed over 10,000 people! Consequently, inviting people is the only “work” you have when using AssessME.org. We designed our platform to free you to work with people, not software.
