FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) Am I able to get a refund for unused Assessment Packs? No. AssessME.org does not refund ministries for unused Assessment Packs. However, we are able to credit Assessment Packs to your account if deemed necessary and appropriate by the staff of AssessME.org.


2) Can non computer users utilize the AssessME.org assessments? Yes. AssessME.org does provide our assessment questions in .pdf format for those limited occassions when an individual may not have internet access. Ministry staff will have to create the user account and manually enter the data.


3) How do I buy more Assessment Packs? Through our secure payment gateway. Our program will automatically notify your system administrator when your Assessment Pack bank is near depletion.


4) How do I close my AssessME.org account? Contact AssessME.org.


5) How do I export my ministry’s membership data? Your ministry's administrative features provides for CSV and XML data export. This feature is limited to program Administrators. Administrators may login and access their system administration features, including data export.

7) How will I receive my assessment reports? They may be viewed online and printed.


8) I am having a technical problem, what do I do? Call 1-800-724-1159 for Toll-Free Support. AssessME.org does not have any costly technical support program or per incident fees.


9) I feel my assessment is not accurate, what do I do? Call 1-800-724-1159 for Toll-Free Support. We may need to credit your account so that you can retake or refine your report.


10) Is AssessME.org Macintosh compatible? YES.


11) What Church Management Programs Offer Data Import Capabilities? Please review the sidebar. AssessME.org will expand this list as we become aware of programs that provide the necessary functionality and have received permission to add their product to our referral list. AssessME.org does not represent and of the products listed.


12) What payment options does AssessME.org offer? Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Electronic Checks via a secure online payment gateway. AssessME.org will not manually bill our customers for services rendered.
