I just wanted to take a few minutes to comment on how valuable AssessME.org is becoming to our church. We have used many of the popular personality assessments and spiritual gifts tests floating around out there. They are all helpful in their own practice, but lack an overall picture of a person and how they will function in a ministry setting. After a person completes an AssessME.org assessment, it provides some content for productive and honest conversations. The largest benefit that we can see is that this assessment closely ties a person’s personality, leadership styles, and gifts into a “real-world” scenario of how this person will function in a ministry role. AssessME.org is quickly becoming our “go-to” solution for placing people into key ministry roles. Of course, there is always the added benefit of centralizing a database for all people that have taken the assessment, regardless of the ministry they are serving in. From an organizational standpoint, that is worth it’s weight in gold!

This is the most complete and useful personal assessment packages I have seen to date. Hat’s off to you guys for helping the church serve the volunteers well!
